"I have a first gen eco20110. The pump bearings were failing, so I called for this pump and was told it was not compatible. Seven times I ordered a 28679EG and seven times I got a 26679EG. (Less power) so I got a 12529EG and the only problem was that the pump discharge was moved over a few inches. I had a longer hose. Now all is well, so I got another for six years from now."

"As in all things, not all is perfect. I purchased a new pump and it locked up on me the first week of operation. Intex was kind enough, as my 90-day warranty includes, to ask no questions and immediately replace it with another new unit. That unit now is working and is in full operation. My original pump, 5 years old, worked well for those years. As is with all things, they get old and worn. Thanks, Intex for your courtesy and quick response."
