It features all of the great benefits of Metal Frame pools, and are enhanced with strong powder-coated steel tubing and stylish and upscale looking liner color. Hydro Aeration® Technology is incorporated into the cartridge filter pump providing improved circulation and filtration, improved water clarity, and increased negative ions at the water surface. Follow these 3 steps for easy assembly. 1) Lay out the liner for your pool on flat, level ground. 2) Assemble the frame for your pool. 3) Fill your pool with water and enjoy. It comes with a 1,500 gal cartridge filter pump, ladder. Water capacity is 6,423 gallons (90%) and it is ready for water in 60 minutes.

"We have had intex pools before but nothing to this caliber. Super sturdy, easy to put together, everything is great so far! I like the upgrade to the pump and filter system too. Also the shipping to our rural location was top notch. Got here a day before it supposed to arrive! "

Intex 18 ft x 48 inch. Prism Frame Pool
"Well constructed, but horizontal liner sleeve split on addition of the last cross-piece. Instructions on how to install last horizontal are not credible. There is obviously a serious engineering planning error on calculation of horizontal cross-piece lengths. Also, the pool cover vinyl spontaneously split in short tears at multiple locations on third day of use. Other than that, it works and it looks like the basic pool frame, liner, and pump will last for quite a while."

great pool
"We love the pool! Intex includes the tarp for underneath, the ladder, and a cover that fits over frame. Bonus! Wish the cover had "grippers" of some sort to help the cover stay wrapped around the top. It wants to curl up and pull off around sides even with the current ties to tighten things down. All in all, the pool and what comes with it are top notch products so far, though. "

Great product crazy delivery cost
"This last purchase is actually our third intex pool. We have been very pleased with the product with little to no issues. My only complaint would be paying $350 for delivery. It is crazy to pay almost half what the pool is for delivery. That would be my only complaint. I still paid it because we didn't want to go without a pool and availability at the stores is zero right now."

Horrible customer service
"I recently bought a pool from the intex website. Shipping took about 3 weeks longer than indicated at time of purchase, which wasn't a huge deal if there was a way to check the status of shipping. Once I purchased the pool from the intex website the order status said it had shipped. When I called their 800 number the automated message tells you to email them for faster response. I did that, immediately got a email that they received my email and someone would respond within 2 business days. Well about a month later I get an email that says they can answer whipping inquiries via email, and tells me to call their 800 number, which tells you to email them. The product did eventually come, and I like the products, but customer service is about as poor as you can get"
