INTEXCORP.COM RETURN POLICY (PURCHASE ORDERS ONLY)
Any product purchased directly from Intex either online at www.intexcorp.com or over the phone with one of our Consumer Service Agents at (310)-549-8235 has a 30 day return policy, except for any products designated on the Site as final sale or non-returnable, from the date of delivery with the following conditions being met.
UNUSED PRODUCT RETURN CONDITIONS
- Merchandise must be received at our warehouse within 30 days from when it was delivered to you.
- Merchandise must be received in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
- Consumer is responsible for sending the merchandise back at their cost.
- Shipping cost for merchandise returned that meets all reimbursement criteria is not refundable under any circumstances.
- Credit to the original credit card used for the purchase will be issued upon us receiving merchandise and all conditions have been met.

DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT PRODUCT RETURN CONDITIONS
- If a defective / incorrect product was received, please call Intex prior to proceeding returning the product. The issue must be reported to Intex within 15 days from the date the product was received.
