Warranty Process
"The warranty process was not clear. After filling out an online claim and attaching my sales receipt, I found out I needed to send in the logo and ‘cutout’ from the damaged product. This was not clearly explained in terms of… 1. What the logo was 2. What a cutout was 3. Where to send them 4. What to include (the claim number) After a number of phone calls to Intex, it all got explained and sorted out. Once that happened, the replacement product was received a few days later and worked as expected. "
