"Original was only one year/one season old, so i have no idea why it decided to stop working. I could not turn the lever. I tried a number of things to move it, including taking the entire thing apart, soaking it in water, soap, cleaning sand, then greasing and oiling areas. It will not budge. Shipping was fast. Part works."
