"The bed was okay for the most part until it got bed bugs then it was horrible! And the fact that I don't like headboards! I like to stretch out and with that headboard you can't do it! And the fact that it did not last through the whole warranty! And the fact that the patches they give you are not enough! And the fact that the patches didn't work! And the fact that when I call customer service they make you jump through hoops before they honor their warranty! you have to take all kinds of pictures and then cut sections out of the bed! And the fact that airbeds just should not be able to get BED BUGS but this one has a different type of material on the top and the bed bugs get in there and they're hard to get rid of! Other than that? "
