We are here to help! Let's start by identifying if your pool is affected by this recall.
Here is an easy 3-step process that will help you quickly identify if your pool needs a repair kit.
Step 1 - Verify pool height: Is your pool 48” or 52” high? This is measured as total wall height from ground to the top edge (top of the frame) regardless of water depth.
If uncertain, you can use a tape measure to measure the wall height of your pool or locate the model number printed on the side of the pool liner under or near the warning label. The model number identifies the height of your pool, pool type, and the year it was manufactured, as shown in the example below:
Note: If your pool is less than 48” high (e.g. 42” or below), it is not affected by the recall and you do not need to take any further action.
Step 2 - Verify the external strap on your pool: Does the strap run over the vertical poles (legs) of your pool frame (Picture 1), or is the strap positioned behind the vertical poles (legs) with a tight sleeve that vertical poles (legs) go through (Picture 2)?
Step 3 - Verify pool model number: As the final step, verify the model number of your pool by typing it into the field below. You will find the model number printed on the outside of your pool:
