Warranty Return Policy

INTEXCORP.COM RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with any products purchased on intexcorp.com or over the phone with one of our agents, we offer a 30-day return policy. No return authorization number necessary!

To Be Eligible for a Return:

  • Purchased a product from intexcorp.com or with one of our agents within the last 30 days starting from date of delivery.
  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Product has not been designated on intexcorp.com as final sale or non-returnable.

Returning a Product.

  • Products must be received in our warehouse or postmarked within 30 days from date of original delivery to you.
  • Clearly write or print your order number on the outside of the return box along with our return address below.
  • Once received in our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 2 business days from the date of receipt. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

PLEASE NOTE: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs, both ways, are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Defective or Incorrect Product Received.

  • If a product is defective upon receipt or an incorrect product was received, please contact us through our chat or give us a call prior to returning the product. The issue must be reported to us within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Cancelling or Cancelled Orders

  • Orders that have not been shipped and are awaiting fulfillment are eligible for cancellation. Please see our order status page for details. There you can cancel your order by signing into your account with your order number and your email address.
  • Orders with the status of shipped or awaiting shipment cannot be cancelled. You may return the products once they have been received. Please refer to our Return Policy above.

Refunds

Your refund will be processed within 2 business days from the date of receipt, once approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refund

  • If you have not received your refund, please contact with your bank or credit card provider, it may take up to 7-10 business days* before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you have taken this step and still have not received your refund, please contact us through our chat or give us a call at (310) 549-8235.

*The time it takes for a bank to post a credit card refund to your account can vary depending on several factors, including the bank's policies. In many cases, refunds are processed within a few business days, but it's not uncommon for it to take up to 7-10 business days for the credit to appear in your account. If it's taking longer than expected, you may want to contact your bank for more information and assistance.
