"I’m terribly disappointed with this product and the customer service I received. My original purchase came defective. After waiting 5 months for the replacement I finally received yet another one with rips in it out of the package. That was late December. After opening it in the spring is when I realized this to was a damaged product. Customer service advised me I was out of luck and was no help whatsoever. I bought this as a birthday gift for my young daughter and was very disappointed in the product and in the Intex company. "

Young children love this slide, especially with the water fountain which cools the surface and makes it more slippery. They can literally spend hours on it.
"I advise any users to monitor during inflation so as not to over inflate. Also, caution the children not to jump on the slide as they may rupture the seams. "

Super fun for small areas
"We have a decent size pool but anything larger than this slide would've not fit. Perfect size for kids 4-11 y/o and super fun! Easy to set up (but you do need an air compressor to inflate). Highly recommend this product for your summer fun!"
